Samples and Favorites

Today we decided to review some of our reader websites and some others that are published by people we know.

First we'll start with one that is done by a California police officer that has an interest in police gear - the site offers users reviews of various products from handguns, vests, uniforms, handcuffs, and much more. It includes reviews of favorite online retailers and has lots of links to the best merchants online.

Next - we have EducationBug - one of the top Education Directory sites on the internet. The site features public schools and private schools - includes profiles on each with a website listing. They also have many articles and a full job listing area. A complete website directory of education related topics is listed on the website as well. If you're a teacher, parent, administrator, or a student looking for more information on your institution - visit educationbug or all your related topics.

Our final site has to do with online marketing - a portal that is dedicated to the education of webmasters who are looking for information on pay per click search engines. PayPerClickList gives users the best search engine options and lets you know if you're wasting your money on a pay per click campaign. There are tons of engines out there that claim they can bring you a load of traffic for as little as a penny per click, but the reality is that the search market is controlled by just a few large players - listed by marketshare - Google, Yahoo, MSN, and then Ask. This site also has loads of articles on how to effectively manage a pay per click campaign and run statistics to calculate and run your ROI numbers to see if it's cost effective.
